All the activities of ILCAM, from design to production, to commercial and after-sales services, are performed in a total quality system.

ILCAM are certified according ISO 9001 Quality Standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Standard. To respond to forest preservation needs also the chain of custody has been certified according FSC and PEFC Standards: this means that the virgin wood comes from eco-sustainable plantations which do not affect the planet’s forestry resource.

Moreover, ILCAM has implemented the management system for occupational health and safety according OHSAS 18001.

ILCAM has also defined in its Ethical Code the principles and guidelines which constitute the basis of the decisions of the company management and the style of direction and of performance of corporate operations. These principles are at the basis of the conduct of those who work at ILCAM.

The guidelines followed are those listed in the standard SA8000 that fully sum up the spirit of ethics policy of ILCAM S.p.A.
